Talk To Yourself
Sometimes the best thing that you can do is talk to yourself. Try talking calmly to yourself because somehow we know the solution. Try reassuring yourself that everything is okay and make a plan to complete the task.

Avoid drinking normal tea. A large amount of caffeine is not at all good for your body. Green tea with respect to its other uses has less amount of caffeine. It also theanine which is an amino acid that has a calming effect on the nervous system. Green tea also has rich amount of anti-oxidants which are good for the body.
The other ways that were mentioned above give instant relief, but changing your lifestyle can be of great use. There is a beautiful concept of mindfulness that is used in meditation. Meditation helps to provide relief to the mind and body. Meditation has some mental exercises which prevent stress from being a problem.
How much lazy you are and what ever excuses you have for not exercising, but exercising really helps your body to relax. Exercising does not mean that you have to run a marathon. Taking a short walk during office hours or stretching up during work proves to be really helpful. It decreases the endorphin level and instantly makes you fresh.
